Our Story
Dawg Team Apparel USA is a family-owned small Black business based in the Greater Memphis Tennessee Metropolitan area.
Born out of the love we have for our own family fur baby, Buddy Leroy. We wanted to offer affordable quality American pet apparel, accessories, grooming services, treats and food. Our goal is to help families provide a happy healthy life for their lifelong companions. We seek quality products that are affordable and treat the overall well-being of every pet! Including products that relieve discomfort, anxiety and allergies.
We started out as a vendor for pet apparel, but when our own fur baby, Buddy Leroy, began having health issues, we expanded to offer more products. It was challenging for us as we used trial and error to find the right products to deal with his irritable skin and upset tummy. When we had the opportunity to get a space where we could add more inventory, we knew what we had to do: provide reasonably priced health-conscious goods.
Now six years later, we pride ourselves on being a good citizen in our Memphis community, providing affordable goods and services to low- and fixed-income pet families.
We offer authentic NFL, NBA, NCAA, NHL, and MLB pet apparel. Additional pet products include clothing, jewelry, food, and toys. Other pet products are purchased via reputable suppliers known for high quality, humanely manufactured goods.
Dawg Team Apparel, USA sets itself apart from other pet stores by offering an onsite inexpensive self-service dog wash, grooming, and boarding! This has been a huge success for us with Patrons reporting it as a satisfying opportunity and convenient for their pets. For busier lifestyle or for those who need extra assistance due to physical challenges or who are Seniors, Dawg Team offers a mobile grooming service, online ordering, and product delivery via Door Dash.
